Helga und ihr Sohn Marco bieten eine tolle Unterkunft an mit genialer Lage in dem wunderschönen Fiumedinisi. Noch dazu wurde uns ein Mietauto gebucht, da wir Probleme hatten mit 20 Jahren ein günstiges Angebot zu erhalten. Der 2-tägige Aufenthalt war unbeschreiblich schön und ich kann jeden herzlichst empfehlen nach Fiumedinisi zu kommen bzw. diese Unterkunft zu wählen. Vielen Dank nochmal !!! ☀️😎🙏🏻☺️

An absolute gem, especially for the price, in a charming little mountain village. I communicated with Helga’s son Marco over Whats App about my arrival, and he was incredibly responsive and helped me with parking and getting checked in. A lovely, clean house with everything I needed and more. The service was incredible, and I highly recommend this place. If you are not coming by car, the place is right by a bus stop. The views of the mountains are incredible.

Logement conforme au descriptif avec en plus des petites attentions. Nous avons était accueilli par Marco qui a été très gentil, nous à donner des indications sur les choses à faire et voir aux alentours. Je recommande vivement cette location mon seul regret n'être resté qu'une nuit.

Everything was spotless, the host was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better. The town was charming and as picturesque as you’d imagine a little Italian village to be.

Such a unique place! The apartment is outstanding. And the area is breathtaking. The town is located among mountains. I wish we could stay there for longer to explore the area and go on a hike. Helga and Marco were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend to stay here!

We discovered the beautiful village of Fiumedinisi and the extreme kindness and generosity of its inhabitants in a very particular circumstance. My wife and I, a retired couple, arrived on foot at nightfall after having to abandon our 4X4 8 km higher up on a track leading to the village from the mountain. The municipal track had been washed away by the February rains and unfortunately had been left open at its start several kilometres higher. Backtracking, our vehicle slid, threatening to fall into the ravine. This is how we were directed to our host Marco, who accommodated us in his very charming holiday apartment. Marco was of great help and kindness at every moment to get us out of this very bad situation and to facilitate contacts with the locals who ultimately repaired part of the track to be able to tow our vehicle. We will never forget Fiumedinisi and all those many who helped and assisted us! Marco's apartment is a true little love nest near the church square. Everything is new, perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, nothing is missing for a charming stay discovering the village, the valley, and the surrounding mountains! Nothing is missing in the village (pizzeria, butcher, etc.). The access from the coast and the main road from Messina is very quick but avoid coming from the mountain unless on a guided hike preferably!

Tutto è stato perfetto. Marco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa era pulitissima, comoda e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. C'era tutto il necessario e anche di più per coccolarci e farci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Gibt gute Tipps bezüglich des Ortes. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Strand, mit dem Auto. Kurz gesagt, es hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen.

Große Wohnung in engen Gässchen und eine Ausstattung bei der es an nichts fehlt. Selbst neue Zahnbürsten und verpackte Hausschuhe gab es. Definitiv ganz hohes Niveau und ein Gastgeber, der wahnsinnig hilfsbereit ist und einem alles ermöglicht. Schnelles WLAN und alles neu renoviert. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

Die Unterkunft ist frisch renoviert, sehr schön und liegt in einem süßen kleinen "Bergdorf" mit ca. 800-900 Einwohner, ruhige Lage, - 2 Doppelbettzimmer - ein kleines WC im Erdgeschoss -Ein größeres Badezimmer im oberen Stock - gute Dusche (geeignet zum Haare waschen) - nette Gastgeber - Super Pizzeria im Ort - In ca. 20 Minuten ist man wieder am Meer (mit dem Auto) - Keine Touristen, nur Einheimische. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!

Alla casa non manca nulla, bagno ottimo, cucina attrezzata di tutto, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. L’ host è stato gentilissimo con noi, ci ha attesi in strada all’ arrivo, ci ha aiutati a trovare parcheggio, a scaricare i bagagli, ha prenotato un ristorantino per noi, ci ha riempito di consigli e informazioni, oltre a farci trovare in casa piccoli ma apprezzati pensierini.

Magnifique petite maison de village. Plein de petite attention comme les petits cookies du village, la brossé a dent, le dentifrice... la personne qui nous a accueilli est d’une grande gentillesse et disponible en cas d’informations. Au passage le village de Fiumedinisi est juste une petite destination extraordinaire pour ce plonger dans un petit village pittoresque et vivant de la Sicile.

Bellissima esperienza, appartamento arredato molto bene, con tocchi di gusto e completo di tutto punto. Bagno e camere da letto impeccabili. Location super centrale. Marco (il figlio di Helga) è stato assolutamente top, tanti consigli, professionale e reattivo per tutto.

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was fully equipped, and we had plenty of space. The most property is clean, the owners are really nice and kind, the location very fascinating with cute little street to explore. To be honest all the people who lived here were nice and friendly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maisonnette neuve au cœur d’un village de montagne typiquement sicilien. L’hôte nous a accueilli en dernière minute avec le sourire et très réactif. Nous avions eu une mésaventure avec un autre logement et avions réservé d’urgence seulement 30mn avant d’arriver. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée express et nous avions été accueilli avec une gentillesse formidable, milles mercis!

Marco, Helga's son, couldn't have been a better host! He got us at the train station, showed us around personally, told us all the best places to go, and helped me speak with City Hall so I could work on some family history. He was delightful and made the trip so much better than it already was! We can't wait to do it again next year.

Everything was clean, organized and well cared for. Absolutely everything that one needs to cook to bathe and to enjoy life is included by Marco Santoro and his mom and dad. I was there visiting my family who I’ve been there for many generations. They help me to translate and socialize with Marco’s friends and my family members who did not speak English. Marco provided places to go things to do and where to eat. An excellent host.

Maison de village dans un charmant village en Sicile en pleine vallée. Vraiment typique ça change des endroits touristiques. Les petites attentions de la propriétaire étaient vraiment un plus. Dommage que nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais adresse que je garderais pour un prochain séjour en Sicile.

Our stay at Casa Santoro was amazing!!!! The home was meticulous …. So much thought was put in to making our visit inviting, we hated to leave. Marco and his mother were incredible hosts!!!! Helga è stata molto disponibile durante la fase della prenotazione e a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande per farci vivere al meglio; Marco ci ha accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, mostrandoci tutto l'alloggio e consigliandoci dove andare a mangiare durante la sera e cosa fare nel pomeriggio. La casa come nelle foto e abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per passare al meglio la notte.

It was the best apartment (out of 5) we had so far in Italy. It is newly renovated, has everything you need, the owner is very nice. The village is also pretty nice. If you like nature and rural Italy, its a very good place.

Proprietari persone per bene ed attenti alle esigenze. Poche volte ho trovato un alloggio perfettamente pulito come questo. Forse mai!

I had a delightful, but all to short, stay in Fiumedinisi. The home was newly renovated, spotless, and festively decorated for the 🎄 season. The place felt warm and inviting and one could tell the hosts took pride in making their guests feel welcome. A member of the host family, Marco, met me in the parking area of the town square having secured a space. He pointed out the local restaurants, bars, and points of interest - taking care to mention each place's specialty. I was escorted to the home, a minute from the square and given the grand tour that included the various aspects of the premises as well as suggestions on popular destinations and a willingness to book any tours like Mt Etna, transportation, etcetera. Marco speaks fluent 🇬🇧 English and was extremely kind. He even treated me to a delicious breakfast at the small bar on the square upon checkout. I hope to return again for a longer stay. I had much to say about Fiumedinisi but ran out of room. Visit the look off across the river that provides a spectacular view of the entire commune. I was fortunate enough to visit at night to view the village lit up for 🎄. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the coast and the beach. I'm a big Godfather fan. It's a little more than a half hour drive to Savoca and a bit farther to Forza d'Agrò - a number of Copolla's Sicily scenes were filmed in these locations. Fiumedinisi was extremely affordable compared to other places in Europe.

Well I’ve had the most wonderful time thanks to Helga an her son. They cared so much for me and that I get to have the best time I could possibly get in that beautiful town of theirs. This town truly was the pearl of Sicilia and so was their apartment and everything that came with it. If your looking for a spot to rest und to feel sicilia at its heart you have to stop here. Thank you for everything ♥️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern und einer tollen Lage inmitten eines typisch sizilianischen Bergdorfs. Hier kann man hervorragend ausspannen und gleichzeitig Touren in die Umgebung (Berge, Strand, …) unternehmen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und man findet alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht. Danke für die schönen Tage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Helga and Marco gave us a very warm welcome and we felt immediately at home. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and we're happy to give it our highest recommendation.

The place is perfect, and the owner very helpful. Also the town isn't a tourist destination but very authentic. In general great place for lovers of nature and hiking.

Appartement refait à neuf, dans le petit village de Fiumendisini que je recommande vraiment . L’emplacement est juste parfait. Dans les montagnes et à même pas 15 minutes de la mer. La plage de galet est incroyable avec la vue sur la Calabre. On adore cette partie de la Sicile qui est authentique. La pizzeria du village est à tester absolument si elle est ouverte ! Marco est très disponible pour vous aidez si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Ce que j’aurais à redire sur cet appartement c’est qu’il manque un peu d’insonorité et de lumière du jour. Malgré cela je le recommande à 100%.

Helga and Marco have created a little paradise vacation home, in the most charming little mountain village. It’s a short drive down the winding mountain road to the seaside town of Nizza, and an easy trip to Taormina. The house itself has everything, beautiful handmade details, decorated in good taste, well equipped and perfectly clean. The arancini Marco recommended were the best we had in all of Sicily. The best part of all was their hospitality- right from the start with Marco meeting us with a parking spot in the central piazza, Helga jumping to action when we needed to bring our baby to the doctor, I cannot recommend this place enough. I was between this place and some beachfront properties, and I am so happy I took the chance on little Fiumedinisi and Casa Santoro. Also super strong WiFi and air conditioning!!!

Le personnel était adorable, nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’appartement est grand, avec cuisine, salon et salle de bain privative. Le village est calme, il n’y a pas grand chose à y faire, pas vraiment de supermarché et très peu de restaurant mais le cadre est joli (réserve naturelle) et la mer n’est pas loin. Pour nous c’était une halte au calme très appréciée, loin des touristes.

Geeft graag tips, hij heeft voor ons ook n geweldige excursie naar de Etna geregeld. Het is n oud dorp, dat nieuw leven wordt ingeblazen. Leuk klein restaurant la Rotonda 😃

Gazda primitoare, apartamentul are toate utilitățile. Gazda foarte comunicativă, explică tot ce ai nevoie. Un loc bun în Sicilia pentru cazare. Recomand tuturor turiștilor acest loc de cazare, bucătărie și baie utilate cu toate cele necesare.

Marco fue muy amable con nosotros. La casa tenía todo lo necesario y estaba impecable, sin duda recomendable! Además está en un pueblo con encanto en el que te sentirás bien acogido.

Marco a été adorable, logement avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le seul léger inconvénient est l'insonorisation des bruits venant de l'extérieur (rue calme tout de même) et celui de la porte d'entrée lorsque l'on sort. Tout le reste était parfait !

האירוח הכי שווה שהייתי בו בחיי . מארקו בעל הבית מארח נהדר , הכל כפי שבתמונות , נקי מצוחצח הכל. נמצא בכפר איטלקי אותנטי (נהדר למי שרוצה לחוות חוויה לא תיירותית ויותר מקומית איטלקית) נמצא בכפר שוקק חיים ומלא פעילויות בערבים . שפע של מסעדות ומקומות עם אוכל מקומי. בקיצור אם אתם אוהבים מקום כפרי בהרים לנוח בשקט בשלווה ובמחיר מעולה זה המקום .

Appartamentino su due piani, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, ben climatizzato, arredato con cura e gusto. Bagno ampio con grande doccia. Gestori molto gentili. Posizione ottima a 100 metri dalla piazzetta centrale di Fiumedinisi, paesino tranquillissimo a metà tra i boschi ed il mare splendido di Nizza di Sicilia (a meno di 15 minuti). Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Sicuramente consigliato.

I recently had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sicily, and let me tell you, it was absolute perfection! Situated in a beautiful and friendly town, the location couldn't have been more ideal. With Espresso coffee, pizza, gelato, and so much more just steps away, my taste buds were in heaven! The house itself was a dream - well-equipped with everything I needed and immaculately clean. Every corner exuded comfort and coziness, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. And the best part? The stunning scenic view that greeted me just 10 minutes away at the beach. The beauty of the surroundings was truly awe-inspiring! Overall, my experience in Sicily was nothing short of impeccable, thanks to this fantastic Airbnb. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway filled with charm, convenience, and breathtaking views. Trust me, you won't want to leave!

Una estada fantàstica. En Marco i l'Helga han estat molt atents i amables. L'allotjament estava impecable i tenia tot allò necessari. El poble és tranquil i s'hi pot comprar allò imprescindible, i és perfecte per visitar punts d'interès com Taormina.

Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, oprowadzenie Marco i pyszne ciasteczka. W mieszkaniu było bardzo, bardzo czysto i było doskonale wyposażone. Warto zajrzeć w ta okolice, bo czuc włoski klimat miasteczka, w szczególności w pobliskim barze.

It was the best Italian Airbnb (about 20) I've been to so far. To be honest, it was much better than a luxury hotel. Even though we were on a honeymoon, we were really satisfied with the atmosphere of the neighborhood where this ancient feeling was still alive, and the interior of the house was completely modernly clean. On the first floor, the bathroom was really clean and the water came out well. The second floor is well organized with a table for a meal, and it's the strongest in the house, so you can dry the laundry. The best part was that the owner of the house, Marco, was so kind. Marco helped us address any questions or difficulties we had throughout our stay. It was really nice to go up to the hinterland and see the entire coastline and even the Etna volcano (Best of my trip to Italy on the 15th). If you come to this place, I highly recommend going to that hike. We got lost going up the mountain, and Marco drove us directly to the hill. It's a crazy experience. I was happy because of Marco and I would like to invite Marco to Korea.

A lovely cozy apartment in a pretty town. Welcoming host, who gave excellent recommendations for dining. We ate the best Arancini and Granita based on his suggestions. Car was easily parked in the Main Street. Prepare to travel light as there is a short walk to the apartment and the whole village is built up hill, a lovely bit of Sicily. We would have liked to stayed longer. Hope to return one day soon.
