We kindly ask our guests to communicate their arrival time (even approximate) in order to welcome them properly.

Check-out
Until 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).

Children
For children aged 0 to 3, it is possible to add a cot free of charge upon request.

Pets
At Casa Santoro, small and medium-sized animals are welcome. Our guests can travel with their four-legged friends and are not obliged to leave them with friends and family or in pet boarding facilities.

No smoking policy
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Booking procedure
The booking is considered valid upon written confirmation and payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival.

Payment methods
Bank transfer, postal transfer, cash, and virtual POS terminal. The bank and postal details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) will be provided together with the quote.

The rates are all-inclusive and include all services provided for short-term tourist rentals according to Article 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2017 converted and established by law no. 96/2017.

To benefit from the special rates for long stays, availability requests and bookings must be made directly to our establishment without the intermediation of other websites or tour operators. These customized prices are valid only if agreed upon at the time of booking, and therefore, such discounts or reductions cannot be applied if communicated during the stay.

Promotions for long stays cannot be combined with other offers and discounts.
